Pinning templates to your collection
Pin public templates from other creators so they appear in your team's collection in the app.
Pinning lets owners and admins gather useful public templates from other creators into your team's collection. Pinned templates show up alongside your own in your team's collection in the app, so members have a curated set to start from.
How it works
- Pin any library-approved, public template made by someone outside your team.
- You can pin up to 50 templates.
- Your own templates are already in your collection, so you can't pin them again.
Managing pins
Owners and admins can unpin a template from its row, or unpin several at once. Members see the pinned templates and can make their own version of one, but can't change what's pinned.
If a pinned template is removed or made private by its creator, owners and admins see a note that it's no longer available, with a button to clear it.
