Template visibility and sharing
Choose who can find your template, how it reaches the public library, and how others can build on it.
Visibility controls who can find and use your template. What you can choose depends on whether you're on a team.
On your own
Templates you make are public. When you save one, it's submitted to the NanoFlick library for review by our staff and shows a Pending review mark until it's approved. That's the normal flow, not a problem: the template is yours to use right away, it appears in the app shortly after you save, and you can keep editing it while it waits. Review just decides when it joins the public library for everyone else.
On a team
Teams choose a visibility for each template, which is what lets NanoFlick hold private playbooks and client campaigns as well as public templates:
- Public: added to the public library after review by NanoFlick staff. Anyone may find and use it.
- Unlisted : only people with the link can use it, and it stays out of the public library. Good for a campaign you share by link or QR code.
- Private : only members of your organization can use it. Your internal playbook stays internal.
Letting others build on your template
Turn on Allow new versions so other creators can make their own version of your template. The original always stays unchanged, so there's no downside to letting people start from your work.
