Today we're introducing NanoFlick for Teams. You provide the story templates, the messaging, and the brand assets. Your team, and your customers, bring their own faces, voices, and creativity. Anyone can make a video, it's done in minutes, and it carries an authenticity that traditional production can't fake. All it takes is one person and a phone, following the guide you set.

Here's the core idea: everyone follows a story template, a guided shot list that says what to shoot, for how long, and in what order. When they stop filming, the video is done. No timeline, no trimming, no editing app to learn.

What every seat gets

The basics are simple: pick a story template, follow the guided shot list, and you have a finished video the moment you stop filming. No editing, no software to learn.

On top of that, every NanoFlick for Teams seat is Pro-level, so your whole team gets the full toolkit with no NanoFlick watermark or endslate:

On-brand, automatically

Your Brand Kit (logo, endslate, caption style, and share tags) applies to every video your team makes, with no manual steps. Brand Kits are available on Team plans and up. On Business and Enterprise, Brand Kit Studio adds video intros, outros, video endslates, and background music for full production polish.

Set up more than one kit for different clients, projects, seasons, or separate brand identities, so every campaign or sub-brand stays true to its own look.

Templates you control

Everyone on your team starts from a shared library of story templates, and you choose who can see each one:

Public templates are handled like any NanoFlick template: after review, they join the library for every NanoFlick user. Available on every plan.
Private templates stay inside your organization. Available on Creator plans and up.
Unlisted templates are shared by link or QR code without publishing to the library, a good fit for UGC campaigns. Available on Team plans and up.

Built for teams

Bring everyone together. Create an Organization and invite your team by link or QR code. Admins manage members and Brand Kits from the web dashboard, while your team creates entirely from their phones.
Give credit with personas. A persona is an optional Author Credit label with a tagline, bio, and social links. Use your real name, or build campaign heroes, fictional characters, or brand spokespeople, which works especially well for UGC campaigns. When a Brand Kit credits the creator, the persona's name appears (or your NanoFlick username if you haven't set one up). Admins can create shared organization personas too. Personas are available on Team plans and up.
See what's working. Insights and activity show how your team is creating and sharing, available on Team plans and up.
Keep personal work personal. Each person's own videos stay with their account, even if they leave the team.

Your footage stays yours

NanoFlick works like a camera app. Your videos stay on the phone until the person who made them chooses to share or export. NanoFlick never uploads your footage without permission.
