Say hi to your friends and tell them the context for the outfit they’ll be choosing. Is it formal, casual, indoor, stairs, etc.
Model your first outfit. Make sure the camera is far enough away to get the full effect. Also make sure the lighting is bright enough (and not behind you).
Model the next outfit and describe it. Also share a bit more about how you want to present yourself.
Model the final outfit. Talk about how you compare the different choices.
Ask your friends for their input on your choice. Ask them to be specific and thank them for helping.
Keep it short...
...then cut it even shorter. Usually under 90 seconds for a serious video; under 30 for a fun one.
Keep it moving
Make sure each shot has a point...and get to it fast! No fluff or filler.
Tell a story
Stories need structure. Make sure you've got a beginning, middle and end.
Know the audience
Family will watch a 2:00 video. Everyone else gets bored after 45 seconds.
Focus on people
Go easy on transitions, filters, etc. The best content is people relating.
