NanoFlick — Shot-by-Shot Video Guide
Use this guide to quickly create a video for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Improve your listing and chance of selling by adding a brief video. Videos must be either square or vertical aspect ratios, so shoot this in portrait mode.
Shoot each of the shots and keep the duration to the bare minimum. We've included instructions for each shot to create a short, fast-moving video your friends and followers will love. When you're finished shooting, just combine all the shots and you're done.

Shoot a wide shot that shows the entire product in context. While you do, mention the name of the product and the brand or manufacturer.
As you pan around the object, mention it's age and history and the present condition. Make sure you get any shots of damage or wear & tear the buyer should know about.
Get into sales mode to say why you bought it, how you used it, and why you're selling. If appropriate, demonstrate the use of the product.
Share any less-obvious benefits of the product, or any special detail a buyer should be aware of.
State where and when you'd like to meet (at.a nearby Starbucks on a weekend afternoon). Assure the viewer they can inspect before buying. Clarify any other terms (cash only, etc)
Thank the viewer for watching and invite them to contact you with any questions or if they'd like to purchase the item or come by to take a look. Then sign off.
Keep it short...
...then cut it even shorter. Usually under 90 seconds for a serious video; under 30 for a fun one.
Keep it moving
Make sure each shot has a point...and get to it fast! No fluff or filler.
Tell a story
Stories need structure. Make sure you've got a beginning, middle and end.
Know the audience
Family will watch a 2:00 video. Everyone else gets bored after 45 seconds.
Focus on people
Go easy on transitions, filters, etc. The best content is people relating.
Time passages
Use transitions like Dissolve or Dip-to-Black to indicate passage of time
