Use this guide to quickly create a video for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Introduce your customers and prospects to the people waiting to serve them. Humanize your business and highlight the product/services offered and about your team’s dedication and attention to detail.
Shoot each of the shots and keep the duration to the bare minimum. We've included instructions for each shot to create a short, fast-moving video your friends and followers will love. When you're finished shooting, just combine all the shots and you're done.

Show the outside, lobby or some other vivid backdrop. Including signs/displays if possible. Introduce yourself, and say how you want the viewers to meet the team.
Walking through the office, warehouse or other setting, describe the buiness: location, age, and what makes it special. Keep this very brief.
Talk about how you got connected with the business, and what it means to you (the mission, what you enjoy about it)
Now say you'll be introducing the team. Then have the first one say their name, their role, and their favorite product, service or experience.
Have the next one say their name, their role, and their favorite product, service or experience. Use a variety of backgrounds and camera angles.
Have the next one say their name, their role, and their favorite product, service or experience. If a shot goes poorly or is too long, re-shoot that shot.
Have the next team member introduce themselves and share their favorite offering or experience. You can add more shots if you have a bigger team.
Get the whole team together for a friendly wave. Thank the viewer for watching and invite them to contact you and how you can help.
Keep it short...
...then cut it even shorter. Usually under 90 seconds for a serious video; under 30 for a fun one.
Keep it moving
Make sure each shot has a point...and get to it fast! No fluff or filler.
Tell a story
Stories need structure. Make sure you've got a beginning, middle and end.
Know the audience
Family will watch a 2:00 video. Everyone else gets bored after 45 seconds.
Focus on people
Go easy on transitions, filters, etc. The best content is people relating.
Time passages
Use transitions like Dissolve or Dip-to-Black to indicate passage of time
Multiple angles
Using multiple short shots with different angles is better than one longer shot.
Start wide...
...then move closer on subsequent shot for the scene.
