Personal space and team space
The difference between your personal templates and your team's, and how to switch between them.
You have two places to keep templates: your team's shared space, and your own Personal Space.
- Team space holds the templates your organization shares. They count toward your plan's limit and follow your team's rules.
- Personal Space is yours. Personal templates are unlimited, and they stay with your account if you ever leave the team.
Switching between them
Use the context switcher in the sidebar to move between your team's dashboard and your Personal Space. The editor follows your choice, so a template you create lands in the space you're in. You can move a personal template into a team, and make your own version of a team template into your Personal Space.
A note for admins
Owners and admins can turn Personal Space for members on or off in Settings. Owners and admins always keep their own Personal Space.
