Teams Dashboard
The dashboard, at a glance
What each part of the Teams dashboard shows, and where to find members, templates, brand kits, billing, and settings.
The dashboard is your team's home on the web. It's where owners and admins manage people, templates, brand kits, and billing, while everyone keeps making videos in the app.
Finding your way around
The sidebar has Overview, Templates, Brand Kits, Assets, Personas, Insights, Members, Billing, and Settings. On the Creator plan, Brand Kits, Assets, and Insights are marked as available on higher plans; you can still open them to see what they offer.
The Overview page
Overview is a snapshot of your team:
- Your plan, its status, and the date your subscription renews or your trial ends.
- In production, your most recently updated templates, each with its brand kit, team tags, and who's credited.
- Capacity meters for seats, templates, and brand kits, so you can see what's in use and what's left at a glance.
- Owners also get Change plan and Manage billing here.
Who can do what
Every person on the team has a role:
- Owner manages everything, including billing, seats, and the organization's name.
- Admin manages members, templates, and brand kits, but not billing.
- Member creates videos and templates.
Most management has its own area: members, templates, brand kits, billing, and settings.
